Comparison
Push and lifecycle messaging, compared
There is no ranking on this page. Nobody here has run all 5 of these for a quarter, so a score would be invented. What follows is the shortlist, in alphabetical order, with one line on what separates each — and a link to the vendor’s own pricing page, because a price restated here would be out of date before you read it.

What you have to check yourself
None of this is knowable from outside, and it is where the decision actually gets made.
- Apple treats marketing push differently from transactional notifications and requires consent for it separately from the system permission prompt. Read the current guidelines before designing the flow — this page deliberately does not restate them.
- Who holds your APNs authentication key, and whether you can rotate it without the vendor.
- How it is priced — per subscriber, per message, or per monthly active user — and what that becomes at ten times your current size.
- Whether you need the marketing half at all. If the answer is transactional notifications only, this is a large product for a small job.
- What the SDK collects, because it lands on your App Privacy questionnaire under your name.
